What it costs,
and what is free.
The consultation is free. Websites are $1,000 to $3,000. Client intake with a portal is $5,000 to $7,000. A CRM you own outright is $50,000. Strategy consulting is $350 an hour, and hosting starts at $20 a month. Automations and integrations get a written scope and a fixed price before we build, because the scope decides the price.

Free consultation
Free
About 90 minutes with a business automation specialist. No charge, and nothing owed afterward.
Any owner who suspects the business is losing time somewhere and wants it named.
This is where every engagement starts. We look at how work moves through your business, with you and with whoever does the work. We find where the hours and the money leak, and we explain what would fix it in plain English. A few days later you get it in writing. It is yours whether or not you hire us.
What you get
- How work moves through your business, mapped with the person who does it
- Where the hours and the money are leaking, named
- What would fix it, and what we would leave alone
- A written summary you keep either way
- 02
Websites
$1,000 to $3,000
A fixed price inside that range, agreed before we start. $1,000 buys a focused site; the extras below move it toward $3,000.
Businesses that need a site that brings in work, built properly, soon.
A website has a job: be found, be read on a phone, and send the inquiry somewhere you will see it. We design and build the site, put it on your domain, and wire the contact form to your inbox or to the system you track leads in. You can change the words yourself afterward. Every website comes with a redesign of your business card at no charge, so the card in your pocket and the site on your domain say the same thing.
What you get
- Design and build, on your own domain
- Fast to load and easy to read on a phone
- Set up to be found on Google for what you do and where you are
- A contact form that lands in your inbox or your lead system
- Copy you can edit without calling us
- A business card redesign, included at no charge
What moves the price
- More pages, or more content for us to write
- Online booking or payments
- Connecting the site to Clio, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks or similar
- Custom design beyond the structure we have shipped before

Client intake and portal
$5,000 to $7,000
A fixed price inside that range, written down before the build. Intake and portal together, wired into the software you already run.
Businesses whose clients call to ask where things stand, and whose new clients arrive by email chain.
Two halves of one system. Intake captures a new client properly the first time: the details, the documents and the signatures, in one flow that lands in your business software instead of an inbox. The portal is where that client then lives: a login where they see their own status, documents and invoices, so they stop calling to ask and your team stops stopping to answer.
What you get
- An intake flow that collects the details, documents and signatures you need up front
- A client login with status, documents and invoices in one place
- Locked down, so no client can ever see another client’s file
- Wired into Clio, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks or the system you already run
- Training for your team, then a 30-day review
What moves the price
- How many systems the portal has to read from and write to
- Payments and e-signature inside the portal
- How fine-grained the access rules need to be

A CRM your business owns
$50,000
A fixed price. You own the code and the rights to it outright when the work is done.
Established businesses that want the tool the company runs on to be an asset the company owns.
A CRM built around the way your business already works: your pipeline, your stages, your follow-ups, your reports, and the software it has to talk to. The difference from every CRM you can rent is the last line of the contract. The code and the intellectual property are yours, with no per-seat licence to keep paying and nobody else’s roadmap to wait on. Owned software is an asset on your books, and it can count toward the value of the business when you sell or raise. Most businesses do not need to own their CRM, and we will tell you if you are one of them.
What you get
- A CRM designed around your pipeline, your stages and your team
- Full ownership of the code and the intellectual property at handover
- Wired into your website, your accounting and the systems you already run
- Documentation written so another developer could take it on
- Training for your team, then a 30-day review

Automations, AI and integrations
Scoped with you
Priced for the case, in writing, before anything is built. The small ones are often a line in a bigger scope.
Businesses where the software is fine and the gaps between it are eating the week.
The typing and chasing that sits between your systems, done automatically: follow-ups that go out on their own, documents fetched instead of hunted for, and documents generated from data you already hold, from invoices on your own template to brochures and project roadmaps. Some of these are an afternoon’s work and some are months, so we scope each one with you, in person where we can, check every connection against the software’s own documentation, and put one fixed price on it before anything is built.
What you get
- Follow-ups that send themselves, with a person checking anything unusual
- Documents fetched automatically from the systems that hold them
- Invoices, brochures, roadmaps and reports generated on your own templates
- Every connection checked against the software’s own documentation
- A written scope and a fixed price before the build starts
What moves the price
- How many systems have to talk to each other
- Whether each one has a documented way in
- How much of the work needs a person in the loop

Strategy consulting
$350 per hour
With Dr. Klavdia (Claudia) Evans, PhD in strategic management. Booked by the hour.
Owners whose problem is the business itself, not the software running it.
Some problems no build can fix: where the business should go next, what to stop doing, how to price, how to grow without breaking what works. Claudia has taught strategy at business schools since 2016 and works with owners on those questions directly. Sessions are booked by the hour through the same free consultation, and you leave each one with the recommendations in writing.
What you get
- One-on-one sessions with the owner
- Positioning, pricing, growth and operations
- Recommendations in writing after every session
- Billed by the hour, booked through the free consultation

Hosting
From $20 a month
Billed monthly. $20 keeps a website online; a portal or a CRM with a database behind it costs more to run, and the scope says how much.
Anyone we have built for who would like the thing to stay up without thinking about it.
Once the build is live, something has to keep it that way. We host what we build on infrastructure we run: the domain, the DNS and the security certificate looked after, the framework and its dependencies kept current, and someone to call when something breaks. It is billed monthly, and the domain and the code stay yours, so you can move it whenever you like.
What you get
- Your domain, DNS and security certificate looked after
- The framework and its dependencies kept up to date
- Someone to call when something breaks
- The domain and the code stay yours, so you can move any time
What moves the price
- A database behind it: a portal or a CRM costs more to run than a website
- Traffic or storage well beyond what a small business usually needs
Three rules we keep on every job.
No price without a scope
If we cannot say what gets built, we do not put a number on it. The consultation is where the scope gets written, and the number goes on paper before the build starts.
The price is fixed before we start
Changes are normal and we plan for them. Anything outside the agreed scope is written down, priced and approved by you before it is built. Nothing is absorbed quietly and nothing appears as a surprise on the invoice.
“Do nothing” is an allowed answer
Sometimes the honest fix is a checklist, or a feature you already pay for and never switched on. The consultation is free so that we can say so.
The things people ask about the price.
- Is the consultation really free?
- Yes. About 90 minutes, and a written summary afterward, at no charge and with nothing owed. It is free so that we can tell you “do nothing” when that is the honest answer.
- Why are automations and integrations scoped instead of priced?
- Because the scope decides the price, and no two businesses are stuck in the same place. A follow-up that sends itself is an afternoon; a set of integrations across four systems is months. Websites, portals and the owned CRM have numbers because those builds are known shapes. For everything else, the consultation is where the scope gets written, and the price goes on paper before anything is built.
- What does $1,000 get me?
- A focused website: a handful of pages, designed and built on your domain, fast on a phone, set up to be found on Google, with a contact form that reaches you, and a redesign of your business card included. More pages, online booking, payments or a connection to your business software move the price toward $3,000, and we tell you by how much before we start.
- What does owning the CRM mean?
- You own the code and the intellectual property outright at handover. There is no licence to renew and no per-seat fee, you can hire anyone to change it, and the software is an asset of the business, on the books, when you sell or raise. The $50,000 price covers the build and the rights together. Hosting is separate, from $20 a month, and you can move it wherever you like.
- What does hosting cover?
- From $20 a month, your website stays online, secured and up to date: the domain, certificate and DNS looked after, the framework kept current, and someone to call when something breaks. A portal or a CRM with a database behind it costs more to run, and the scope states the monthly figure before you sign. The code and the domain stay yours either way.
- Can I hire Dr. Evans without building anything?
- Yes. Strategy consulting stands on its own at $350 an hour. You do not need a build to book it, and booking it does not commit you to one.
- What if the price changes halfway through?
- It does not, unless the scope does. Anything outside the agreed scope is written down, priced and approved by you before it is built. Nothing is absorbed quietly and nothing appears as a surprise on the invoice.
The first step is the free one.
About 90 minutes with a business automation specialist, and a written summary you keep. Every other number on this page comes after it.
