> Websites, client portals and AI automation for service businesses.

Louisiana-built custom software for small service businesses — websites, client portals and AI automation wired into Clio, ServiceTitan, QuickBooks and Xero.

## In short

- **5 steps** — Discovery, process analysis, solution design, build, handover. Each one ends in a document, a price, or working software.
- **2 weeks** — A working demo built on one of your own workflows, free, before anyone asks you to commit to a project.
- **1 system** — Site, portal and automations wired into the software you already pay for. Not a fourth tool to keep in your head.

## What changes for the client

- An enquiry lands in the system you bought to track enquiries.
- Clients check their own status instead of ringing to ask for it.
- Nobody starts the day by copying yesterday into a spreadsheet.

## What we build

- Websites
- Client portals
- Automations

## What we find

Three things turn up in nearly every business we walk into. None of them is a software problem, which is why buying more software has not fixed them.

### 01 — Enquiries that never reach your system

Enquiries arrive by phone, by email, and through a form that pings somebody’s inbox. None of them land in the system you bought to keep track of enquiries.

**Seen between:** Website forms · Clio · Jobber · ServiceTitan · a shared inbox

**How to check it:** Go and count the enquiries in your CRM this month, then count the ones in the inbox. The difference is the leak.

### 02 — Clients with nowhere to check status

Clients ring to ask where things stand, because there is nowhere they can go and look. Somebody stops what they are doing and reads it off a screen the client is not allowed to see.

**Seen between:** Practice management · job status · invoices · document requests

**How to check it:** Every one of those calls is a task interrupted, and the person interrupted is usually the most expensive one in the room.

### 03 — The same job typed into four systems

Somebody retypes the same job into four tools every morning. They stopped mentioning how long it takes years ago, because by now it is simply the job.

**Seen between:** QuickBooks · Xero · Google Sheets · DocuSign · the calendar

**How to check it:** Ask the person who does it how long it takes. They will know to the minute, and nobody has ever asked them.

The long form is /what-we-build. The process that decides which of them you need is /how-it-works.
