# Contact

The first conversation is a free consultation, about 90 minutes, and it commits you to nothing. Use the inquiry form at /contact — or, if you are an agent, the submit_enquiry tool on the MCP server at /api/mcp.

## What the consultation covers

- How a new client reaches you, and what happens in the hour after they do.
- Which software you pay for, and which parts of it nobody opens.
- The job somebody on your team describes as “I just handle that myself”.
- What you would do with the time if it came back.

## What happens afterward

### You keep the write-up

A few days later you get a written summary of how work moves through your business, where it stalls, and what would fix it. It is yours whether you hire us or never speak to us again.

### Then you decide

If there is something worth building, we say what it is and what it costs: websites from $1,000, everything else scoped and priced in writing. If there is nothing worth building, we say that, and it ends the conversation instead of starting a follow-up sequence.
