# About Weblux

Weblux finds what is costing a business time and money, explains the fix in plain English, and builds it. It exists because there is a gap between the software owner-run businesses buy and the outcome they thought they were buying, and we work in that gap.

Enterprise consultants are priced for companies ten times the size. Off-the-shelf tools solve the average version of your problem and leave you with your own. What is left is the work in between.

Weblux is based in Louisiana and works with owner-run businesses across the state, from Baton Rouge and New Orleans outward, and remotely across the United States.

## Who you will work with

### Business automation specialists

They run the free consultation. They look at how your business works, find where it loses time, and write up what would fix it. Then they scope the build with you and put the price on paper.

### Klavdia (Claudia) Evans, PhD

Strategy consulting. A PhD in strategic management, an MBA from LSU, and a decade teaching strategy at business schools. Works with owners one-on-one on direction, pricing, growth and what to stop doing. $350 an hour, booked through the free consultation.

### The build team

Designs and builds the websites, portals, CRMs, automations and integrations, against the software you already run. Led by founder Artem Baranovski.

## Four commitments

### Plain English

We say what the technology does and what it does not. No jargon to sound clever, and no claim that falls apart on the second question. Where something is uncertain, you hear the word uncertain.

### Problem before product

We look at the work before we automate it. Automating a broken process gives you a faster broken process and a bill. Sometimes the most useful thing we do is talk an owner out of buying anything.

### Priced before it is built

Every build gets a written scope and a fixed price before it starts. Changes are priced before they happen. Nothing is absorbed quietly and nothing appears as a surprise on the invoice.

### Measured, or it does not ship

If a build cannot be tied to hours saved, errors avoided or revenue captured, it should not be built. We agree what success looks like before the work starts, while the number can still change the plan.
